FLAGSHIP STORE - ANTALYA ,TR - 2017

A UNIQUE AND IMPRESSIVE CONCEPT SPORTS STORE DESIGN, INSPIRED BY ANTALYA’S MYTHOLOGICAL HISTORY.

The brand and concept design of Antalyaspor’s concept store has been realized by Pavé Studio as a unique and impressive project, designed with both the team’s history and a new identity attributed to the players as well as with a conceptual background that enriches the concept store approach. The project that has been designed but not carried out is based on the mythological story of 12 Greek Gods living on the Mount Olympos in Antalya, and contrary to the campaigns positioning the players as warriors or gladiators, it is based on the extraordinary idea of deifying them as a tribute to the region’s history. Each mannequin in the store is matched with the bust of the Greek God Zeus to emphasize immortality. The mannequins, which define slow-motion movements of the players with the use of the mapping method, are located in the tunnel section at the entrance of the store to create a dynamic reception space. In this way, by means of a complementary experience integrated with sound, which allows the visitors to catch the movement, an atmosphere is offered that strengthens the main story regarding the concept. A functional layout plan has been designed by creating intertwined spaces in the continuation of the tunnel. The flow inside the space is strengthened and circulation is encouraged with mirror-like panels. Before the payment points, there is a museum wall design including Antalyaspor’s story and a timeline showing its history, with the aim of refreshing the visitors’ memory.
