Its interior design project and implementation undertaken by Pavé Studio and Metex Studio Erk, Büyükyalı Istanbul has been shaped with the aim of creating timeless, functional, comfortable and elegant living spaces which contain aesthetic, functional and sustainable solutions for different lifestyles. While the interior design projects of 23 residences in total have been accomplished in 1072 new residences and certified buildings in different styles such as Golden Quartz, Platinum Quartz, Büyükyalı Loft and Büyükyalı Fendi Casa, the implementation drawings and details of the Golden Quartz and Platinum Quartz flats have been realized by Pavé Studio. By relating its location with the interior design details, the choices regarding the colour and texture palette aims at bringing the Historical Peninsula and the sea view into the interior space. Offering the flexibility to easily adapt to changing expectations and tastes focused on timelessness and sustainability, Büyükyalı Istanbul has received an ‘International Property Award’ in 2018.
