Within the scope of the renewal project of the Station Berlin, one of Berlin’s most extraordinary event locations with its history dating back to 1875, the strategic concept design project of the historical train station has been undertaken by Pavé Studio. The aim has been to renew the abandoned train station located at the Luckenwalder Street with its surroundings, to bring architectural diversity to its neighbourhood by reintroducing it to the city, and to turn it into a vivid and popular area again. There was a period of preparatory work which included the opinions of people working, studying and living in Berlin, in order to make the Station Berlin reflect the rhythm of the 24 hours living city from every aspect and to turn it into one of the most dynamic event venues of the city. Hosting new ideas and creative views in its increasingly developing event list, the Station Berlin establishes a strong relationship with the city via streets and bridges in itself with the circulation areas where different events such as dining, concerts, culture and art events, shopping, accommodation meet with art.
