The architecture and interior design project of X Studio located at Esentepe, one of the neighbourhoods with Istanbul’s busy city dynamics, has been undertaken by Pavé Studio with the aim of creating a modern work environment which supports creativity and comfort. The building is planned to be located inside the street at Esentepe, and accordingly, a plan has been drawn which makes the outer envelope of the building recognizable through geometric plays and also supports a comfortable work environment downstairs by breaking off the building in itself from the dynamics of the street and the environment. Containing offices which are all rentable and shared spaces, X Studio aims at making the dynamics of the work environment attractive with its pleasant and flexible use areas completing its contemporary design approach. Details towards increasing the life quality of the employees with maximum daylight, flexible shared spaces and the opportunity to use the garden and outdoor spaces during the breaks have been integrated in the building. While the selection of materials and colours balancing the movement on the facade has been associated with nature, an elegant and sophisticated feeling has been evoked with linear geometrical plays and modern furniture choices strengthening the contemporary interior space design.
